Manufacturing could be broken down into 3 major assemblies: the tri-wheel including the Y frame and small wheel, sensor frame, body. The build of each component offered it's own challenges to overcome.
We calculate the size of each part very carefully to make sure they fit each part perfectly. The whole mode is drawn by Adobe Illustrator and cutted by Laser cut.
We have test many materials in order to make our robot light. And finally, we choose liteply wood which is light enough and also firm enough.
